About the Location
Our apartment is conveniently located in the heart of BGC, surrounded by business establishments and major malls such as Uptown Mall, SM Aura, The Marketplace, S&R, and Landers Supermarket. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants, banks, ATMs, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven stores nearby. For medical needs, St. Luke’s Medical Center is just a short distance away. Getting around is easy with public jeepneys, taxis, motorcycles, and Grab.

About the Apartment
The unit is clean, convenient, and ideal for both short and long stays. It comes with a built-in electric stovetop for cooking meals, and a washing machine for your laundry. We also provide complimentary coffee upon arrival, as well as essential toiletries such as toilet tissue and an extra towel.

We offer free room cleaning—simply let us know your preferred schedule. If you prefer to clean on your own, that’s absolutely fine too.

Please note that this is a private apartment, not a hotel, but we do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Feel free to let us know if you need any assistance.

Guests have access to the pool from Tuesday to Friday, free of charge for up to 3 persons. Additional guests may use the pool at PHP 500 per person, as charged by the building administration.
Guests may also access the basketball and volleyball courts with a fee of PHP 100 per person.

Parking

Free parking is not available. However, pay parking is accessible at the building’s Basement 1 & 2.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM

Early check-in may be allowed if the unit is available, subject to a fee of PHP 250 for 1–2 hours.
Check-out time: 12:00 noon (maximum).

Airport Transfer

There is no airport shuttle service to the building. Guests are encouraged to conveniently book a ride via Grab.
